Emerson Fields Wedding Venue Renaissance Styled Shoot – Amanda Musselman Photography

Styled Shoots, Weddings

The beautiful Emerson Fields Wedding Venue in Excello, MO was giving off major Italy vibes a few weekends ago when I was able to attend their most recent Renaissance themed styled shoot. Days like these, where the wedding venue is styled top to bottom with lavish decor, are a photographer’s dream come true! Add on gorgeous models, florals, and a venue that doesn’t have a bad angle, and we have a field day. Madyson with Wright Pro Weddings really outdid herself with the design of this faux wedding day.

The day started by photographing the intimate vignette lounge setups and themed details. Forget Not Paper created a gorgeous invitation suite that photographed so beautifully with floral accents from Bare Roots LLC. The main venue space was decorated with rentals from A1 Party and Event Rental and vintage rentals from Pretty Little Things. One of the most stunning features was the draping in the main room, perfected by Wright Pro Weddings and DZines Weddings.

Next we moved on to getting ready images of the bride and groom. Emerson Fields has the BEST getting ready spaces, and these images are always stunning. Hair and makeup by Uplifted Bride and a bridal gown from Breeze Bridal perfected the bridal look. As always the amazing Bella Belle Shoes complimented the bridal look. The groom was decked out in a tux from Savvi, with a delicate boutonniere accent from Bare Roots LLC.

We moved on to bride and groom photos inside and outside of the venue. The reception space was like stepping into an intimate Italian wedding, with lots of colorful, whimsical florals and fresh fruits. Personalized place settings created an even more intimate environment. A stunning cake by Cakes by Kristina greets guests as you first enter the space. After dancing and cutting the cake, the bride and groom shared the experience of participating in their own live painting by Cindy Scott Artistry (also check out her custom painted wine bottles). Custom floral headpieces by Bare Roots LLC finished off the bridal portraits.

I know that everybody walking into the space felt like they were part of an unforgettable celebration. This styled shoot is just one example of how you can have a luxurious, destination style wedding right in the heart of Missouri. Here are all of my fave images from the day! Thank you to all of the vendors and models for the time they spent creating this one of a kind experience for us!
