I met up with Todd, Allyn and little Amelia one morning for their family portrait session when the temperature was slated to be close to 100 degrees the rest of the day! We didn’t quite beat the heat but they stayed cool in their light, summery clothing and baby Amelia’s sweet little rompers. We found the perfect grassy, wildflower area to capture the summer vibes. I almost get a little hint of Arizona desert while looking at these images!
Amelia didn’t want to laugh a whole lot but sure was a good girl looking right at the camera! She sat up like a big girl until the lure of flowers pulled her away, but loved to be held by momma and daddy!
I absolutely love capturing young couples with new babies! Seeing the love for their tiny little miracle, the way they tickle her tummy and make silly noises to make her laugh, is one of the biggest joys of my job! I love watching these babies grow up. I can’t wait to see where life takes little Amelia, and I’m so honored that I got to be a small part of it!
xoxo, Amanda
