I spent the day at the Millbottom with Jessica and Henrio for their late December wedding! The weather was actually perfect, with hints of a recent snowfall still lingering! The blue and metallic theme of their wedding fit perfectly with the cool weather outside.
I started the day at Jessica and Henrio’s house, capturing special moments between Jess, her mom and best friend’s as they completed their wedding day looks. The large front window made for the perfect spot for some glamorous portraits of Jessica and a perfect spot for her to read the letter the Henrio wrote her for the big day.
After getting ready, we met at the Governor’s Garden for a sweet first look between the couple! These two smiled and laughed through bride and groom portraits, trying not to slip on the ice and snow!
The wedding party watched on eagerly, waiting for their turn in front of the camera. Boy, did they deliver when it was finally their turn! Such a fun, goofy group of people to spend the day with!
We made our way to the Millbottom to begin the wedding ceremony, followed by the reception. A hot chocolate bar greeted guests as they entered the venue! The couple had the sweetest handwritten vows and shared a first kiss in front of their friends and family. The reception began with cake cutting and the shoe game, which really got the guests laughing! After the first dances, which featured lots of spins, the party dancing started! Friends and family filled the dance floor and celebrated the perfect union that is Jessica and Henrio.
