Brittany and Josh’s Weathered Wisdom Barn wedding was so perfectly relaxed. It had so many precious details that greeted us throughout the day!
The day was chilly, but we stepped onto the porch of the barn to grab some gorgeous shots of Brittany and her bridesmaids! The girls got ready in floral robes created by one of Brittany’s bridesmaids. The bride and her mom finished up her wedding day look with a push pin that was her great grandmother’s and a homemade veil! Every detail, from her gown to makeup to her shoes, was absolutely gorgeous. The bride and groom had the most unique rings, and I just love how they represent their unique love for each other.
The bride and groom both shared first looks with their dad and mom, and I especially loved Brittany’s dad’s reaction to his daughter! As guests entered the ceremony, they were greeted with a large window. Brittany emerged from the staircase like a QUEEN. Shirley the dog made sure to make an appearance during the ceremony. She never left Brittany’s side!
As we took bridal party photos, a deer ran right behind the bride, which she took as a sign that this day was meant to be. Brittany was fierce as we took bride and groom portraits in the venue’s outdoor area and field out back. It was cold, but these two knew just what to do since we just had their Ha Ha Tonka Engagement Session!
Friends and family enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner, and danced the night away to the live (and amazing) Diamond Empire Band.
I just love how intentional every part of Brittany and Josh’s wedding day was, from the unique rings to the fact that it was so close to Thanksgiving. I wish these two so much happiness. I’m so glad I got to be a part of their joyful day!
xoxo, Amanda
